Meditation Tip 3- Sacral Chakra Awakening 

 

Following the Root Chakra Meditation in Meditation Tip 2 you can now progress to the Sacral Chakra Meditation.

Again sit comfortably, follow the same steps as in the Root Chakra Meditation. Focus on the breath and relax.  Again breathe through the nostrils and from your naval, filling your stomach and lungs with air on the in breath.(Yogic breathing) 

Now focus your attention on the Sacral Chakra, just below the naval area.  Visualise the colour Orange and use the Mantra- Ban, again accentuating the N.  Repeat this Mantra either vocally or in the mind continuously until you feel some sensation in this area.  Again remember not to practice too intensely to begin with, no more than 30 minutes, and once you do feel some sensations move onto the next Chakra (see next tip)

Once you have practiced this meditation you can begin to practice this in conjunction with the Root Chakra Meditation moving from the Root to the Sacral Chakra. 

Note:It is advisable to always to do the grounding exercise in Meditation Tip 1 at the end of your Meditation session

 

You are now ready to move on to the next Chakra Meditation.
